Details are finalized for our Game of Logging courses this fall, with Northeast Woodland Training.
Merck Forest will be offering a Women's Only Game of Logging course for Level One on September 28th. Participants receive training and certification in precision felling techniques, safety checks, and chainsaw best practices. Tuition cost is $180 per person, and we offer accommodations in our Barn Cabins for people who may be traveling from a distance at the rate of $10 / person / night.

Join the Conservancy at the Van Scott Nature Reserve as we learn Chainsaw Safety with a Game of Logging instructor. The training focuses on introducing open face felling and the development of techniques to safely use it.
