Woods, Wildlife, and Woody Weeds: Meet & talk about your land with other women
Please let the host know if you wish to come so they can send you more specific directions.
We will walk through a small woodlot and talk about how to care for such a place, discuss options to create/maintain wildlife habitat, and discuss how to identify and control some woody shrubs. There is also some stream side habitat with alders that we can learn about. If you have an area that could use some alders, we can talk about how to propagate these shrubs.
All interested people are welcome to attend, but no dogs please. Bring your own lunch, hosts will have a cooler with water available.
